The Details

We will kick off our time together with an interactive webinar on December 16th to learn how to set goals & create a structured training plan. Think vision/becoming boarding for our pole goals.

1:1 Coaching Call to review your goals, refine your weekly plan, & ensure you’re set up for success for the next 8 weeks together.

Starting in January: Weekly Group Calls on Tuesdays at 2 pm Pacific Time. This is an opportunity for you to ask questions, troubleshoot any issues & learn about training topics that will increase your pole performance.

The key part: accountability. I want to ensure you’re staying on track. We will collectively share our wins & struggles through community Voxer (voice messaging app) thread. My goal is for us to reduce the “meh” feeling that can come with putting in the “behind the scenes” work by knowing that others are also cheering us on and there for support when needed.

Who this is for:

Pole dancers who are tired of feeling stuck, inconsistent or unsure of how to progress.

Pole dancers who set goals every year but fizzle out with doing the training that will help you actually achieve them.

Pole dancers who either train alone or want more support with working on their individual goals outside of group classes.

Pole dancers who are generally self-motivated (everyone will be working on their individual goals in this group) but want to have more accountability and support with doing the “boring” work that results in progress.

Who this is NOT for:

Pole dancers who are not willing to put in work to achieve their goals.

Pole dancers who are not willing to follow a structured training plan which may include changing your current training routine.

Pole dancers who are not willing to set realistic goals & expectations for their current capacity.

The Why

Two main things are driving my creation of this collective.

  1. We all know that consistent work is needed to make progress towards our goals.

  2. If left to our own devices, a lot of us will not make ourselves actually do the work.

My goal with for the 8 weeks we spend together is to create an environment that allows each of us to be consistent AND for us to connect around our commonality of wanting to make progress towards our individual pole goals.
