Injury Rehab Coaching
Pole dancers deserve to work with rehab professionals who understand the demands of their art/sport.
Here’s how I work with pole dancers to get them back doing the tricks they love:
Schedule an assessment.
We’ll start with a deep dive into your training background, how you got injured, what you’ve tried to fix it and what parts of daily life as well as your pole training are affected. From there, I’ll walk you through a detailed movement assessment that will help determine what exercises/drills will be beneficial to address your concerns.
Address your limitations.
Following the assessment, you will be given a plan with exercises/drills to improve your concerns. This plan is tailored to your specific needs, goals and equipment access.
Achieve your goals.
The ultimate goal is for you to be educated & empowered to make training decisions that support your body and goals. We will discuss an estimated timeline for progressing your plan from your starting point to your end goal point.

Pole Ready: Training Readiness Scale + Log
Hi! I’m
Dr. Emily.
I’m a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician and a Pole Dancer.
When I started pole dancing, I never expected to love it as much as I do. I definitely didn’t expect to build my career and business around pole dancers.
With up to 85% of pole dancers reporting an injury, I realized that there is a gap between traditional rehab and what a pole dancer needs their body to be able to do.
My mission is to share educational information to reduce the injury rate as well as provide a way for pole dancers to rehab injuries with someone who understands both the human body and the demands of pole.
